Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of ordtes.com, any associated booking forms hosted on www.ahrevs.com, and any transportation services provided by Ordtes (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the website, submitting a booking request through any associated form, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the website, booking forms, or the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Electronic Agreement

By submitting a booking request through any Ordtes-related form (including forms hosted on third-party domains) and checking the “I understand and agree” checkbox, you expressly acknowledge that:

You have read and understand these Terms of Use

You agree to be legally bound by them

Your selection of the checkbox constitutes your electronic signature

This agreement has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature

Use of the website, booking forms, or Service without acceptance of these Terms is strictly prohibited.

2. Description of Service

Ordtes provides pre-arranged, private ground transportation to and from Chicago O’Hare International Airport and surrounding areas. All services are provided by reservation only and are subject to availability, confirmation, and acceptance.

Booking requests may be submitted through ordtes.com or through booking forms hosted on www.ahrevs.com. All submissions are requests only and are not guaranteed until confirmed by Ordtes.

The Service may involve travel across municipal, county, or state boundaries, and these Terms apply to all services provided by Ordtes regardless of geographic location.

3. Rates and Payment

The standard rate is $70 USD per one-way trip, unless otherwise agreed to in writing

Rates are subject to change without notice

Additional charges may apply for:

Extended wait times

Unscheduled stops

Changes to pickup or destination

Delays caused by the passenger

Payment terms and accepted payment methods are determined solely by Ordtes. Failure to remit payment may result in cancellation of service, refusal of future service, or collection actions permitted by law.

4. Cancellations, Changes, and No-Shows

Cancellations or changes must be communicated as early as reasonably possible.

Ordtes reserves the right to charge cancellation or no-show fees at its discretion.

A “no-show” includes, but is not limited to:

Failure to appear at the scheduled pickup location and time

Inability to contact the passenger

Delays caused by the passenger that materially interfere with service

5. Passenger Responsibilities

By using the Service, you represent and agree that:

All booking information submitted is accurate and complete

You will be ready at the scheduled pickup time

You will comply with all applicable laws

You will behave in a lawful, respectful, and non-disruptive manner

Ordtes reserves the right to refuse or terminate service without refund if a passenger’s conduct is unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or interferes with vehicle operation.

6. Delays, Traffic, and External Conditions

Ordtes is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Traffic congestion

Weather conditions

Road closures or accidents

Airport operations or security delays

Government or law enforcement actions

Estimated arrival times are not guaranteed. Passengers are solely responsible for allowing sufficient travel time for flights, appointments, or connections.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ordtes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to missed flights, missed connections, lost profits, or lost opportunities.

Ordtes’ total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Assumption of Risk

Passenger acknowledges that ground transportation involves inherent risks and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with travel, including entering and exiting the vehicle, roadway conditions, and handling personal belongings.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ordtes, its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

Your use of the Service

Your violation of these Terms

Your acts or omissions during transport

10. Personal Property

Ordtes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Items left in the vehicle remain the sole responsibility of the passenger.

11. Website & Third-Party Form Use

The website and booking forms are provided “as is” and “as available.” Ordtes makes no warranties regarding accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted operation.

Booking forms may be hosted on third-party platforms or domains (including www.ahrevs.com) solely for convenience and functionality. Such hosting does not alter Ordtes’ role as the service provider.

Unauthorized use, scraping, or misuse of the website or booking forms is prohibited.

12. Modification of Terms

Ordtes reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website, booking forms, or Service constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Illinois, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ordtes and supersede all prior communications or agreements, whether oral or written.

By clicking the “I understand and agree” checkbox, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to these Terms of Use, and I acknowledge that this action constitutes my electronic signature under applicable law, including the Illinois Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), creating a legally binding agreement enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
